T's & C's


  • A contract between you and Lux Living Oxford will come into existence when the damage deposit and full payment is received, and a booking confirmation is issued showing the confirmed holiday dates.

  • The full payment must be paid within 24 hours of booking or a new quotation will need to be issued.

  • The contract binds you (the lead booker) & all the members of the party who are part of the booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms & conditions. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract, loss of the booking or termination of occupancy.

  • The lead booker will need to supply a copy of identification at prior to check-in.

  • We also require the names and contact details of all additional guests.

  • Damage Deposit - In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you, your pets or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result. A security deposit of £200 is required at booking and will be returned within 7 days after the end of your stay, minus the cost of damage/breakages.

  • The maximum number of persons occupying the property must not exceed (3 persons) and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property.

  • Please be advised that no guests are allowed to visit or stay at the property under any circumstances.

  • Lux Living Oxford reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.

  • We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance, repairs or for inspection purposes.

  • Any pets, vaping or smoking anywhere inside the premises will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered too, and any damage or extra cleaning caused will be at your expense.

  • No bicycles or scooters are to enter the property at any time.

  • One end of stay clean is included with the price of the booking, any additional cleaning will be available as a chargeable extra, please confirm if you would like to include additional cleans this at booking.

  • You can not use the accommodation for or any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  • Please do not move any furniture from one room to another or any of the indoor furniture, furnishings or bedlinen outside.

  • Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per booking, additional vehicles will be subject to charge.

  • Please lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the property unoccupied.

  • Turn off all lights, heating, or any electrical appliances when you go out – we’re an eco-friendly home and operate a strict fair usage policy

  • Lux Living Oxford reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.

  • Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.

  • Guests may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property.

  • The owners shall not be liable to you or your party for loss or damage to property, however arising.

  • Any problem or complaint must be immediately reported directly to us/our representatives to allow us the opportunity to resolve it.

  • Non-compliance with the house rules will be considered as a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. We reserve the right to terminate the booking with immediate effect and without a refund if they do not abide by the rules.

At Lux Living Oxford we include all utilities in the nightly rate, however the following fair usage policy applies for all our guests. This is to ensure that your energy usage is not excessive and stays within reasonable allowances. The allowances are generous and guests are unlikely to exceed these limits if they are sensible with your energy usage.

Where a booking is for less than 30 nights, these figures will be calculated accordingly for the length of stay. If the guest exceed these limits, Lux Living Oxford reserves the rights to pass the bills on to the guest and or the booker to pay in full or to pay a percentage. We also reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover the amount by which you exceeded the allowances. 

Anything above the following usage would classed as excessive: 

1 Bedroom Apartments: 400 kWh pcm
2 Bedroom Apartments: 500 kWh pcm
